Ecommoce is a middleware tool designed to automate e-commerce logistics. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.

4. Credits and Billing

Our service operates on a prepaid credit basis.

• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per order processed.
• Credits are non-transferable.
• Prices are subject to change with notice.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ecommoce, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
