1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all credit package purchases, provided that:

• The request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
• No more than 10% of the purchased credits have been used.

3. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
